Below you will find a list of questions that we are often asked by customers. Hopefully you will find this information useful. Don’t forget that if you have any question or query that is not answered below, please feel free to contact us.

1. Q. Is the timber used for fencing treated? A. Yes it is during the tanilisation process and with the application of a good quality wood preserver.

2. Q. Does the timber need further treatment i.e. staining? A. Yes, to protect the timber against the elements it is vitally important that you add a coat of Ronseal or Sadolin or any recognised stain from your local supplier.

3. Q. Where do you source your Timber? A:  We are very conscious of supporting local business and source timber in Wexford when we can but we do also have suppliers around the country who deal in specific timber types.

4. Q. Do you make Gates to order? A. No if a customer is looking for a gate we are happy to source one from our Supplier Tommy Williamson and we can quote for collection and putting up the gate.

5. Q. Do you also hang Gates? A. Yes if we source a gate for you and deliver it to your home we will also hang it as part of the rate.

6. Q. How should I  look after our Decking area?  A. Every year Decking should be washed down (power washed) and treated with a recognised stain or sealer i.e Ronseal for Decking.  There are various Decking Cleaners on the market which will help.
